W Hoboken

This Hotel is in a perfect location hands down! The staff on point! The young lady at the front desk was so attentive, Professional, kind, with such a welcoming spirit. All the young men from the beginning, very welcoming and so attentive, the young man who helped us in making sure our suv was parked and then brought up our parking ticket with so much joy and excitement, all were on point! The view breath taking, impressive, classy, memorable! We will be coming back for sure! My wife and I were celebrating our 27th anniversary! Loved it!

Overall a comfy hotel with very clean spiffy rooms, most of which have great views. Fridge but no microwave in my room. WiFi…for a fee… which was an unpleasant surprise. (How much does it cost the hotel for one person who already paid for the room to use WiFi… to justify this WiFi fee? At least they didn’t charge a fee to use the soap and shampoo in the bathroom.) No bathtub just a shower. Comfy bed… definite highlight. However there is no complimentary breakfast or free coffee pot in the lobby so be ready to either spend restaurant prices for breakfast in the hotel or walk to Washington St. if you want something basic like a bagel and coffee. No microwave in my room to heat up said coffee. It’s great that they allow pets but… be aware of what it will cost you. As of now pets cost $125 additional in combined “pet fees” and allergen deep-cleaning fees for the first night, and $25 additional in pet fees for subsequent nights. Convenient location in downtown Hoboken very close to Hoboken Terminal/ easy access to NYC.

Hannah made our stay absolutely wonderful! She was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. We would definitely stay again!

We absolutely love this hotel and return whenever we visit the area. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with absolutely gorgeous views of the city. What really makes this hotel stand out though is the incredible service. Everyone is so kind and goes the extra mile. We look forward to our next stay!

I had a really good time here. the furnishing had been updated and the carpet was super soft and I had a great view of the city. The staff was super kind including the Bellhop, and he let us know where to find everything on our way up to the room. I would definitely stay here again.

The W Hoboken is a great hotel with beautiful rooms, stunning views, and friendly staff - the valet team in particular was excellent. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired. There were smudges and dirt on the in-room glasses and noticeable dust around the minibar area. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a bit more attention to detail in housekeeping.

This was the greatest stay ever! I got married here 10 years ago and we just had our anniversary. I mentioned this when booking and our room was full of surprises, Kelly from Guest Experience literally called me personally. The food was great, service was quick, room was awesome, view was awesome.

After living in Hoboken for many years, my fiancée and I stayed at the W before our recent move to Colorado. I was so blown away by the experience. We were upgraded to a beautifully renovated suite on the river with a great view of the NYC skyline. Upon learning why we were there, the front desk sent up a bottle of Prosecco and very nice note congratulating us on our move. Can’t recommend highly enough!
